Mary – Office Manager
Mary, a Wisconsin native, has lived in Oregon for more than thirty years. With over twenty years of knowledge in orthodontics and dentistry, Mary is happy to answer any of your questions. She loves to get to know all of our patients as well as their families and strives to make the office a warm and welcoming place. Outside of work, Mary enjoys golfing and playing softball.
Sarah – Treatment Coordinator
Originally from Idaho, Sarah has been in the field of orthodontics since birth (her father was an orthodontic lab technician). With her widespread knowledge in all areas of orthodontics including treatment coordinating, insurance, assisting, financial and front office, Sarah is glad to help you with questions regarding all aspects of your orthodontic treatment. Outside of orthodontics, Sarah loves making jewelry utilizing all kinds of different beads and materials. Many of the pieces she wears are her own creations.
Colleen – Orthodontic Assistant
Colleen was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Before making the switch to orthodontics in 2007, Colleen worked in general dentistry for five years. Her favorite part about orthodontics is taking part in such a positive and transforming moment in people’s lives. In her free time, Colleen enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking and softball. Colleen recently started running and has finished three half marathons and a full marathon in the last 2 years!
Nancy – Orthodontic Lab Technician
In her more than 30 years in the orthodontic profession, Nancy has worked in almost every facet of the profession but now prefers to support the practice in the lab. Nancy is in charge of making all of our appliances and has the creativity to turn your retainer designs into reality! She is the creative genius behind many of our unique contests. In her time away from work, Nancy likes finding collectibles, antiques and jewelry.
Heather – Orthodontic Assistant
Heather has been an orthodontic assistant for over fifteen years. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients and their families over the years. Heather is happily married to her husband, Ron and has two sons. She likes hiking, walking, step aerobics and yoga.
